Students who are appearing for the CA Foundation/CA Intermediate/CA Final Examination are eligible to fill the Certificate format/ certificate of service/ declaration form.
- Appearing students should have completed their CA Foundation/Intermediate/Final Examination.
- Students should have passed the class 12th examination from any recognized board.
