How to Fill out the CA Intermediate exam form 2027?

Here is a comprehensive guide on how to fill CA Inter exam form to be held in Jan 2027: 

• Visit the official website of ICAI and then with your unique credentials provided by ICAI.
• Make all the changes in your profile that you want and then click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
• Enter all necessary information and click on Save & Preview.
• Click on the Back to Form option if you need to edit your details. Once everything is properly filled, click on ‘I agree‘ and then go to Final Submission by clicking on Final Submit.
• Submit the CA Intermediate exam form fee through Credit, Debit Card, Net Banking, VISA, or Bhim UPI.
• In case the fee for the CA Intermediate Exam Form has been paid, the portal will display a ‘Payment Successful’ message. A PDF file of the filled and submitted exam form will be generated. You should download the PDF file.

If the form contains your photograph and your signature, it means that you have successfully applied for the CA Inter exams. But if the form does not contain the photograph or scanned image of the signature then you have to follow the below-mentioned steps.

• Get a printout of the exam form and affix your latest colour passport photograph followed by signing the form.
• Last but not least, send the physical copy of the CA Intermediate Exam Form along with the other attachments and formalities.

It should be noted that if the photos are posted on the already appearing photographs in the PDF or over-signed signatures, ICAI will not consider the submission of such forms.

CA Intermediate Correction Window 2027

This is a one-time opportunity for students to make corrections on any error or mistake made while filling out the CA Intermediate application form. For students, ICAI will provide a Correction Window through which the students can make corrections in the Medium, Group, Centre, Zone, Region, etc.

The following are the steps through which you can apply for changes in the correction window mentioned.

• Visit the official website of ICAI followed by clicking on the login option from the top panel of the screen.
• Once you open your dashboard, you can make the changes you want and upload a written/typed application signed by you.
• Submit the changes.

If your change request is accepted, then it will be reflected on your ICAI CA Intermediate admit card.

ICAI CA Application Form Filling: Photo and Signature Particulars

Photo Requirements

• The photo must be coloured or black/white with 80% of the face (no face masks) visible up to the ears on a white background.
• There must be a clear contrast in the image.
• Avoid using goggles and caps while taking the photograph. However, the candidate can use spectacles if needed.
• The background of the photograph must be white and has to be distinguishable.
• The facial expression must depict a straight-looking relaxed face.
• If flash is used while taking the picture, then ensure that there is no formation of red-eye.
• Any kind of headgear including caps and goggles is prohibited; any religious headwear can be worn as long as it is not covering the face.
• No selfies are allowed
• The desired format of the photograph should be in jpg/jpeg and the size should range from 20-50 kb.
• The scanned Photo should be well cropped so that there are no extra/white spaces and the image is stored as jpg/jpeg.
• Make sure that the photo can fit in the size 4. 5 cm by 3. 5cm.

Signature Requirements

• The signature should be done on the white paper with a black pen only.
• It is mandatory to crop the size of the image to be between 10-20 KB (highly visible).
• The scanned signature should be well cropped so that there is no more space than the signature and the image format should be jpg/jpeg.
• Ensure that the signature fits in the size of 6 cm by 2cm.
