CA Foundation Declaration Form- Eligibility Criteria 

Students who are appearing for the CA Foundation/CA Intermediate/CA Final Examination are eligible to fill the CA Certificate format/ certificate of service/ declaration form. 

  • Appearing students should have completed their CA Foundation/Intermediate/Final Examination. 
  • Students should have passed the class 12th examination from any recognized board. 

Process to Download Declaration form for CA Foundation.

Students have to fill the CA Declaration form at the time of filling the CA Exam Form. At the time of filling the CA Foundation Application Form, you will receive the validation form which is also called the declaration form. 

Students have to submit the declaration form by downloading it from the official website of ICAI. 

Students who did not receive their Photo and signature on their Application Form need to get attested the Application form and declaration from the CA or Official gazette. Then after ICAI will approve your Application form with the declaration form and you will be eligible to appear in the examination. 

Students can then download the CA Foundation Admit card and appear in the CA Foundation Examination.

  • Students have to take the print out of the application form and make it attested and upload the Application Form in a Jpeg format. The size of the image should be below 200kb. 
  • Now click on the Application Form then select the declaration form.
