ICAI has made an exception in the CA foundation Fees. Through a recent announcement on their official website, ICAI has allowed a 75% fee concession for the newly formed Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and the 8 North-Eastern states. So, students residing in these areas have to pay Rs. 2250 for the registration.
